The Cornish are not english. Do they have their own mini state? You’ve got a republic of wales right? They’re Celtic people too and got their own state. Discuss.

Sorry, it is not a republic in the altiverse
Cornwall is part of England. How would such a tiny place raise any army and get there own republic?
